Music in the Yarra Valley

17-Mar-2010

If cycling around the picturesque Yarra Valley sounds too daunting, there's still plenty on offer at the Jesuit Social Services Just Cycle Yarra Valley event at Rochford Wines.

Just Cycle Yarra Valley is delighted to announce their exciting concert line up - The Sundance Kids, Abby Dobson & Bobby Flynn, Ryan Meeking & The Few and The Little Stevies.

This eclectic list of artists is a showcase of some of Australia's most exciting talents and emerging bands and will perform at Rochford Wines as part of Just Cycle Yarra Valley on Sunday 11 April 2010.

Just Cycle Yarra Valley is a new recreational cycling event which will take place in Victoria's beautiful Yarra Valley. An initiative of Jesuit Social Services, Just Cycle Yarra Valley will raise awareness and funds for an organisation that works with some of the most disadvantaged and at risk people, families and communities.

‘Everyone is welcome to come along to Rochford Wines to enjoy the concert and activities, even if you're not participating in the bike ride', explains Jesuit Social Services CEO, Julie Edwards.

Activities will take place all day with the live concert commencing at 11:30am. Entry is by donation at the gate. People are encouraged to bring along a picnic lunch to enjoy a day of activities, entertainment and gourmet food and wine amongst the vines.

To find out more or register to participate in the bike ride, please visit www.justcycle.com.au.
